Author Guidelines for Publication
Authors submitting manuscripts for publication through the D.Y.A. Research Center are required to follow these guidelines carefully to ensure efficient processing and adherence to international publishing standards.
Submission Guidelines - DYA Research Center
1. Scope of Submission
- Be original and unpublished
- Not to be under consideration elsewhere
- Align with the journal’s thematic area or academic domain
2. Manuscript Preparation
a. File Format
- Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format
- Tables, figures, and charts should be embedded in the main document and submitted separately as editable files if required
b. Structure of Manuscript
- Title Page – Title, author(s), affiliations, corresponding author email
- Abstract – 150–250 words summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
- Keywords – 4–6 keywords for indexing and discoverability
- Main Text – Structured with headings: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion
- References – Use a consistent citation style (APA, MLA, Chicago, depending on the journal)
c. Language and Style
- Manuscripts must be in clear, grammatically correct English
- Define technical terms and explain abbreviations at first use
3. Ethical Considerations
- All submissions undergo plagiarism screening (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate)
- Authors must disclose conflicts of interest
- Research involving human participants or animals must include ethical approval documentation
4. Referencing Style
- Unless otherwise specified, use APA (7th edition)
- All in-text citations must correspond to the full reference list
- References should be recent, relevant, and preferably peer-reviewed
5. Figures and Tables
- Clearly label and reference all figures and tables in the text
- Use high-resolution images and editable tables (do not paste as images)
- Provide captions and sources where applicable
6. Submission Process
- Submit manuscripts via the appropriate online portal:
- Submit for Academicians and Research Scholars
- Submit for Universities / Organising Secretaries / Registered Agencies
- Authors receive a confirmation email and a manuscript tracking ID upon successful submission
7. Peer Review and Decision
- All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process
- Authors may be asked to revise manuscripts based on reviewer feedback
- Review typically takes 8–16 weeks, depending on the journal
8. Copyright and Licensing
- Upon acceptance, authors must sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement
- Open access options and licensing terms (e.g., Creative Commons) will be specified by the journal
9. Publication Fees
- Fees vary based on the journal, indexing type, and publication model (open access or subscription-based)
- Detailed fee structures are communicated at provisional acceptance
